TALC New Vision supports a diversity of school models. The greater the diversity of models, the greater the chance for parents, children and teachers to find the environment that works best for them. Many successful small schools have been started around the country and we encourage people to explore all of the possibilities for organizing a school.
The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has identified 22 innovative schools from diverse communities around the United States. Their website profiles each school’s approaches to teaching and learning, and offers resources for further information.
